RESISTANCE AT POINTS OF CONSUMPTION ANNEXURE

All plug sockets, isolators and other points of consumption must be tested as part of issuing an Initial Certificate of Compliance. This Annexure is to allows additional readings for 30 points of consumption per sheet. Enter the relevant CoC number and hand to the client with the CoC.

EARTH & NEUTRAL LOOP IMPEDENCE TEST ANNEXURE

You will need to do an earth and neutral loop impedence test on each circuit as well as the point of supply to the Main DB and sub-DBs. This Annexure allows space for 29 additional readings. Enter the relevant CoC number in the Annexure before you issue it with the CoC.

INSULATION RESISTANCE ANNEXURE

You will need to do an insulation resistance test on each circuit as well as the point of supply to the Main DB and sub-DBs. This Annexure allows space for 30 additional readings. Enter the relevant CoC number in the Annexure before you issue it with the CoC.

CHECK POLARITY AT POINTS OF CONSUMPTION

You will need to check the polarity of every point of consumption in the property when doing an Initial CoC. This Annexure allows space for 30 additional readings. Enter the relevant CoC number in the Annexure before you issue it with the CoC.

NUMBER OF CIRCUITS AND POINTS ANNEXURE
